Behavioral Health Services

  • Therapeutic Support Specialist

    Part time position- providing support, intervention and parent training to families with children with developmental and intellectual disabilities in a school or residential setting.

Indian Creek Foundation's mission is to provide opportunities for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities to live in and enrich the community throughout their lives.

    We are seeking a Program Specialist to provide clinical and administrative leadership in our innovative Therapeutic After School Program (TASP) and Summer Therapeutic Activities Program (STAP). In working in our social skills program, clinical duties will include: providing 15 hours per week teaching social skills for 12 children ages 5-14 with Autism; supervise 3 Therapeutic Aides in the classroom; utilize evidence based curriculum; develop treatment plans; and coordinate care with the treatment team. Administrative duties include: assist Program Coordinator with scheduling of Therapeutic Aides; assist families with arranging transportation; and submit prior authorization requests to insurance companies.

    Requirements for this position include a minimum 3 years related work experience, and a minimum 1 year of working with children with Autism.  Candidates with previous supervisory experience is a plus. Masters degree in a human service related field is required, Licensed Behavioral Specialist preferred.

Vocational Services

  • Vocational Instructor- NEW PAY RATE!!

    Full Time position working Monday-Friday day hours. Responsible for assisting in the daily operations of the Vocational Program as a functional training center for developmentally disabled adults.

  • Program Specialist

    Full Time position working Monday- Friday day hours.  Position is responsible for the coordination of services for an identified caseload of individuals in our Day Services program

  • Site Supervisor

    Full Time position working M-F 5a-1p. Responsible for the assistance in the daily operation & transportation of clients to thier job sites.

  • Program Specialist Supervisor

    The Program Specialist Supervisor will work with the Director to develop consistent Quality Standards for all programs in the division. She/he will conduct regulatory reviews of records and physical plant of the facility; and develop plans of correction aimed at maintaining compliance at all programs. In addition to general programmatic oversight, the specialist is responsible for the coordination of services, communication of service needs and documentation of service delivery for an identified caseload of individuals. He/she works to ensure that services are delivered in accordance with each individual’s plan; and that relevant agency and regulatory guidelines are met. She/he serves as the divisional lead in coordinating referrals and admissions.
