Behavioral Health Services

  • Therapeutic Support Specialist

    Part time position- providing support, intervention and parent training to families with children with developmental and intellectual disabilities in a school or residential setting.

  • Certified Peer Specialist

    Part Time position responsible for fulfilling the duties of a Certified Peer Specialist in our Outpatient Program. The hours will be approximately 8-10 hour per week in the Souderton area; schedule will vary based on caseload.

  • Therapeutic Aide

    Provides therapeutic aide, behavioral interventions, and transfer of social skills into community setting; participates in mandatory monthly trainings and supervision with TASP Supervisor and TASP Clinical Assistant. This person would need to work M-F, 2:45-6:30. 

  • Transition Age Youth (TAY) Supervisor

    Provides supervision to Behavioral Health team members, including the TAY Clinician and Therapeutic Aides; acts as liaison between Managed Care Company, Clinical Team, families, staff, contractors and school; monitors clinical quality of TAY program; ensures program compliance with regulations.

  • Recreational (STAR) Program Aide

     General Responsibilities

    Provide supervision and assistance to members of STAR at bi-weekly recreational meetings and during special activities and trips.    




  • Residential Administrative Assistant

    The Residential Administrative Assistant is responsible for basic bookkeeping and accounting functions related to management and maintaining of individual funds for the Division. He/she assists in monitoring compliance with agency and regulatory policies.


  • Program Support Supervisor Position

    The Program Support Supervisor will direct all operational aspects of managing all programs or facilities during non-business hours. She/he will provide Program Supervisor level of oversight on the evenings, overnights, and weekends. She/he will have scheduled office time for trainings, meetings, and/or 1:1 supervision. She/he will oversee efforts aimed at active treatment and habilitation in all areas of development for each resident. She/he will work to create and maintain a safe, comfortable, home-like environment in the residential facilities and will facilitate a positive working relationship with families of people served in the community. Perform on site review and observation of residential services being delivered. Document observations, review records, confirm compliance with Indian Creek Foundation Policies and collect data showing trends. Analyze data and make recommendations regarding system efficiencies and effectiveness.
