  • Program Support Supervisor Position

    The Program Support Supervisor will direct all operational aspects of managing all programs or facilities during non-business hours. She/he will provide Program Supervisor level of oversight on the evenings, overnights, and weekends. She/he will have scheduled office time for trainings, meetings, and/or 1:1 supervision. She/he will oversee efforts aimed at active treatment and habilitation in all areas of development for each resident. She/he will work to create and maintain a safe, comfortable, home-like environment in the residential facilities and will facilitate a positive working relationship with families of people served in the community. Perform on site review and observation of residential services being delivered. Document observations, review records, confirm compliance with Indian Creek Foundation Policies and collect data showing trends. Analyze data and make recommendations regarding system efficiencies and effectiveness.

She/he directly supervises individuals who have been hired to complete contracted work. Responsibilities also include communicating pertinent information to the appropriate personnel, responding to inquiries or requests for information as well as documentation of activities completed or observed during each shift.
