Available PositionsThe following are available positions at Indian Creek foundation. 9/7/2010 Family Support Aide- Part time positions available working days, evenings and weekends- Responsible for providing habilitation and supervision to children and adults with developmental disabilities. Responsibilities include providing companionship, recreation, socialization and personal care; travel into families homes is also required. Families available in Montgomery and Bucks Counties. Position requires a HS Dip/Equiv, valid driver’s lic w/ a 3yr clear MVR, and personal car insurance with $100,000/$300,000 in liability coverage. Position pays $9.75 to $10.25 per hr. 9/7/2010 Family Based Mental Health Worker- Full Time postion providing therapeutic family based services, including home/community observation and interviews, parent training, behavioral intervientions and family support. Position requires flexibility with scheduling, ability to participate in an on-call rotation, an BA in a related field, a minimum of 1 year clinical expereince (preferably related to behavioral and/or counseling with children and familes, and a valid drivers license with a 3 year clear driving record. Base salary for this position is $27,000.00- $29,000.00 per year 9/7/2010 Therapeutic Aide- Part time position working Tuesdays and Thursday 2:30-6:30p. Responsible for providing therapeutic aide and implementation of interventions to children with an Autism Spectrum Disorder who are enrolled in the Therapeutic After School Program (TASP). Additional responsibilities include for collaborating with the treatment team to help develop goals and interventions, attend meetings with parents and monthly meetings with treatment team and supervisor, complete necessary documentation. Position requires an Associate’s degree in a related field, 1 year experience working with children with Autism Spectrum disorder, valid driver’s license with a 3 year clear driving record. Salary for this position is $12.50 per hour. 9/7/2010 Direct Care Professional - Full Time Residential Instructor positions available for caring and dedicated staff to encourage and assist adults who have developmental disabilities living in our Residential Group Homes. Responsible for providing assistant with activities of daily living (ADL's), goal achievement, social/recreational activities, medical assistance, and maintaining a home-like environment for the residents. 4 day work week- 2nd shifts available. Training will be provided. Position requires a High School Diploma, valid drivers lic w/ a 3-yr clear driving record, and ability to lift up to 100lbs, experience with individuals with developmentally disabled individuals preferred. Salary for this position is $10.25 to $10.75 per hour. 9/7/2010 Quality Assurance Manager - Full time position responsible for providing assistance in the maintaining quality standards and compliance within the Residential Division. Responsibilities include but limited to, site visits, ensuring overall quality of group home, overseeing care provided to each resident, providing input and recommendations for improvements, review of group home records, and completing necessary documentation. Position requires an Associate’s degree, bachelors preferred, 3 years of working experience in the MR field, knowledge of licensing standards for ICF/MR and Chapter 6400 regulations, Supervisory experience in a related field preferred. Salary for this opportunity is $17.00per hour. 9/7/2010 Residential Program Coordinator - Full Time position responsible for the clinical and operational aspects of multiple group homes. Additional responsibilities include, but not limited to ensuing all group homes are ran in compliance with regulations and agency policies that govern Indian Creek, oversees healthcare needs of the individuals served, acts as a QMRP or Program Specialist for assigned programs, responsible for developing the Annual program plans for assigned residents, ensures documentation is completed. Position requires a Bachelor’s Degree in a related field, 3 years experience in the MR field, 2 years supervisory experience, 1year residential/ direct care experience, valid drivers license with a 3year clear driving record. Salary for this position is $16.00 per hr. 9/7/2010 Training Instructor - Full Time position working Monday- Friday 7:30a- 3:30p. Responsible for assisting in the daily operations of the Adult Training Facility as a functional training center for developmentally disabled adults. Also responsible for daily care, implementing/monitoring individual support plans, and supervisor of individuals served. Ideal candidate would have experience working with individuals with seizure disorder. Position requires a High School Diploma, 1 year experience working with developmentally disabilities adults, a valid driver’s license with a 3 year clear driving record. Pay rate for this position is $9.75- $10.25 per hour. 9/7/2010 Director of Vocational Services - Full Time position. Responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Vocational Services Department; Program hours of operation are 7:30a- 3:30p. Ideal candidate should have a vision on how to be an engaged, community oriented and educational program. Additional responsibilities include but not limited to, providing strategic leadership throughout department , develop and follow annual business plan and program budget, adhere to federal, state, and county regulations that govern Indian Creek, develop and market new services/proposals which respond to the needs of the individuals served and funding availability. Position requires a Bachelors degree in a related field, minimum of 7 years experience working with people with developmental disabilities, minimum of 5 years management experience within MR field, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications, excellent verbal and written communication skills, excellent organizational skills and interpersonal skills. 9/7/2010 Chief Operating Officer - Full Time position responsible for overseeing the overall program operations of Indian Creek Foundation. Responsibilities include but not limited to, collaborating with management to develop and implement internal and external processes, develop measurements of outcomes for our clients, monitor our programs performance and eliminate non-effective programs, develop, communicate and implement effective growth strategies in alignment with strategic plan, meet and network regularly with local business leaders, acts as agency HIPPA and Compliance Office, and oversees Incident Management program and agency Maintenance department. Position requires a Bachelors degree in a related field, Masters degree preferred, 7-10 years experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, minimum 5 years of management experience within a related field, knowledge of the laws, regulations, and statues that govern Indian Creek, excellent written and oral communication skills, ability to coordinate internal reviews and audits, intermediate computer skills, proficient in Microsoft applications. |
