Indian Creek Foundation announces bonus program for all newly hired Direct Support Professionals.
DSPs hired after July 1, 2017 can earn up to $1000 in bonus money.
Indian Creek Foundation recently announced the launch of a $1,000 bonus program for any new Direct Support Professionals (DSP) hired after July 1. DSPs provide hands-on care to individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities by assisting with activities such as daily living, personal care, meal preparation and community outings.
“DSPs play a special role in our mission,” said CEO Dean Stoesz. “They meet the varied needs of our clients while also providing an extraordinary degree of compassion and dedication. Because of this, our organization has committed to paying a higher-than-average salary and the opportunity to earn a bonus to all new DSP hires.”
Positions are available in both the Day Services and Residential & Community Based Services departments.
