DSPs hired after July 1, 2017 can earn up to $1000 in bonus money.
Indian Creek Foundation recently announced the launch of a $1,000 bonus program for any new Direct Support Professionals (DSP) hired after July 1. DSPs provide hands-on care to individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities by assisting with activities such as daily living, personal care, meal preparation and community outings.
“DSPs play a special role in our mission,” said CEO Dean Stoesz. “They meet the varied needs of our clients while also providing an extraordinary degree of compassion and dedication. Because of this, our organization has committed to paying a higher-than-average salary and the opportunity to earn a bonus to all new DSP hires.”
Positions are available in both the Day Services and Residential & Community Based Services departments. Besides the salary and bonus, Indian Creek Foundation also offers paid training, vacation/sick time and health insurance. Additional benefits include a 401(K) plan with company match, Employee Assistance Program, paid holidays, Flexible Spending Accounts, company paid Group Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability and Long-Term Disability.
Since this incentive will only be available for a limited time, interested candidates are encouraged to apply online at our employment page or to contact the human resources department at 267-206-1500 x 323 as their earliest convenience.
